How To Measure

Measure with underwear similar to those you will wear with your dress. If you would like to measure with cloth on make sure the cloth are very light and measure a little bit tighter. Make sure the measuring tape is parallel to the floor and pulled evenly across the body with no slack.

Our dresses are designed to be worn with a brassiere and we recommend breast tape for ultimate fit and comfort.

Please round to the nearest half-centimeter (Ex: 37.0  cm, 37.5 cm or 38.0 cm)

1. Bust

• This is not your bra size
• Wear a bra when taking the measurement
• Relax arms at sides
• Measures around your chest, across the fullest part of the bust
  
  

2. Upper Bust

• Measures around your chest, above the breasts and across the armpit
• Important to measure tightly for strapless styles
• This measurement should be less than the measurement of your bust (exceptions can occur)

3. Under Bust

• Measures around your chest, underneath the bust

4. Waist

• Find your waist and measure around your body
• Your natural waist is the thinnest part of your upper body, usually a little it above your belly button
• Keep tape slightly loose to allow for breathing room
• This measurement should be taken approximately 40 centimeters below your shoulder level

5. Hip

• Measure across the widest part of the hips
• Tape should brush across both hipbones

6. Shoulder to Shoulder

• Measure from the edge of the shoulder, across the back to the same point on the other shoulder

7. Shoulder to Bust

• Measure on top of your shoulder, right between your neck and the shoulder's edge, down to the widest part of the bust
• Remember to use the same point as when measuring your bust

8. Shoulder to Waist

• Measure on top of your shoulder, right between your neck and the shoulder's edge, down to your waistline
• Remember to use the same height for your waistline as before
• The measurement should be around 40 cm

9. Body Length

• Stand straight with feet together
• Measure in bare feet
• Measure from the top of your shoulder, let the measuring tape fall straight down to the ground
• The difference between ”Your Actual Height” and ”Body Length” should be around 25 cm. The difference is equal to your neck and head

10. Your Actual Height

• Stand straight with feet together
• Measure in bare feet
• Measure from the top of your head and pull tape straight down to the floor
• The difference between ”Your Actual Height” and ”Body Length” should be around 25 cm. The difference is equal to your neck and head

11. High Heels of Your Shoes

• The total length the shoes add to you height
• Put 0 if you would like to use the dress with flat shoes
