Every day we work hard to deliver tailor made dresses with a perfect fit. We continue to feel responsible for our products after they are shipped and our goal is that you should be 100% satisfied with your order. To reach our highly set goal we give you the opportunity to adjust your dress at a local tailor in New Zealand, if a measurement turns out to be incorrect. We call this our perfect fit-guarantee.
For the guarantee to be valid you must contact us within 14 days of receiving the dress. The guarantee is valid once per customer.
If your dress cannot be adjusted, or if you are not satisfied with the quality of the dress, you have a right to cancel the purchase. In this event you return the dress to us so we can do a thorough review of your complaint and if the claim is accepted you can decide if you want a new dress in return or a full refund.
